Founded in 2014, JS Consulting offers experienced public affairs and business consultancy around the world. Based in the UK, and with two decades of global policy, specialist law, health and intellectual property credentials, the team provides strategic insight into practical business.
Our clients are wide-ranging and widespread. They consist of UN Agencies, some of the world’s leading health organisations, business associations and companies. We work closely with both public and private sectors alike to define global and in-market strategies that then become the framework for setting policies for the advancement of health and innovation around the world.
The team at JS Consulting develops evidence and policy materials to support engagement with governments across the globe, and establish robust relationships. We navigate legal systems, cultural differences and the in-market environment to broker conversations and coalitions that ultimately bring about sustainable change in healthcare markets.
Using all of the inherent knowledge and experience garnered from 20 years of industry insight, we also work with smaller organisations and NGOs to build strong business foundations. Our consultancy supports organisational change and development, establishing realistic timescales and setting stretching but achievable goals.
